FERTILITY COACHING
NATIONAL COACHING FOR NAVIGATING FERTILITY concerns
You know that feeling, like you’re running on a hamster wheel and the faster you go, the more uncertain you are that you aren’t just running in circles?
I get it!
No matter where you are with your path to family building, when things aren’t going smoothly, it can be really overwhelming. You may start to feel some of the following:
Decision making fatigue
Uncertainty about next steps
Relational tension with your partner, friends, or family
Feeling under-supported by people who don’t understand
Tiring of having to explain your process over and over again or fielding endless questions
Jealousy every time a friend announces a pregnancy or invites you to their baby shower
As a reproductive therapist and coach, I’m equipped to help guide and support you through your process.
WHAT IS FERTILITY COACHING?
Fertility coaching offers you support in the following ways:
Guidance through the treatment process of fertility; including IUI, IVF, Donor Conception, Surrogacy, or Adoption.
Emotional containment and space to process grief.
Decision making assistance, particular to your unique situation.
Lifestyle, relational, and stress management support.
LGBTQ+ informed and inclusive family building coaching.
Single Parent by Choice resourcing and support.
Support that is not limited to particular states but open to people living in all places.
WHAT FERTILITY COACHING isn’t?
Fertility coaching does not provide:
Treatment of mental health conditions like clinical anxiety or depression. If you live in WA state or RI, we can address these through a counseling relationship. Read more here. If you are outside of those states, we keep our coaching sessions focused on support, not mental health diagnosis and/or treatment.
Couples counseling to address longstanding relational dynamics or patterns.
Exploration into trauma history or family of origin concerns.
Management or professional guidance on medications.
If you are looking for knowledgeable and targeted support by a credentialed professional, you’ve come to the right place. While I have personal fertility experiences that shape my passion for this work, I’m also specially educated and trained in reproductive mental health. I have over a decade of experience successfully walking alongside individuals and couples facing fertility challenges.
You’re in good hands and I’m happy to be of help.
If you’re ready for individualized support, you can learn more about me here and reach out to me today. You’re worth having high quality care.
fertility support groups
I offer a few fertility support groups each year. These provide a safe container for you to get connected with other people navigating infertility. These groups are held over zoom and are a mix of education, resourcing, and peer support. We explore common fertility concerns generally without making personal process announcements in order to bypass comparison disappointment that often arises in this context.
Details are provided at our complimentary consultation call. If you are interested in participating, register for the waitlist below and I’ll be in touch when the next group starts.
