Fertility Coaching
Practical Support for Navigating Fertility
Fertility coaching is a great option for those who are navigating fertility concerns and are looking for a professional to guide them through the maze of the treatment process. Coaching provides education about third party reproduction, decision making support, and skill building to help you keep calm and carry on. It helps ease shame and frustration and replaces it with clarity and confidence about reaching your family building goals.
No matter where you are with your path to family building, when things aren’t going smoothly, it can be really overwhelming. You may start to feel some of the following:
Decision making fatigue
Uncertainty about next steps
Relational tension with your partner, friends, or family
Feeling under-supported by people who don’t understand
Tiring of having to explain your process over and over again or fielding endless questions
Jealousy every time a friend announces a pregnancy or invites you to their baby shower
These experiences are normal. If you are looking for knowledgeable and targeted support by a credentialed professional, you’ve come to the right place. While I have personal fertility experiences that shape my passion for this work, I’m also specially educated and trained in reproductive health. I have over a decade of experience successfully walking alongside individuals and couples facing fertility challenges and I’m equipped to guide you with confidence.

Empowered Woman Coaching
Strategies | Education | Accountability
The empowered woman coaching program offers ambitious females the opportunity to dive deep into their mindset, identify the barriers that are keeping you stuck, and unlock your fullest potential. Coaching serves as a catalyst for positive change and growth with the accountability to keep you fully empowered inside of yourself to reach your dreams. This is a great resource for women who are driven and passionate but may need structure and emotional support along their path.
EMPOWERED WOMAN COACHING DOES:
Provide clear guidance and structure in meeting your goals.
Offers a framework for moving through anxiety, fear, and limitations.
Evaluates your unique strengths and uses them to leverage your areas of challenge.
Gives you the gift of support so that you don’t have to run your metaphorical (or literal) marathon alone.
EMPOWERED WOMAN COACHING DOESN’T:
Provide diagnostic or treatment of mental health disorders.
Engage trauma. You should only be doing that in a therapy relationship. Read more about why here.
Focus on the past. Coaching is forward focused.
Address interpersonal relational dynamics.
Reproductive Mental Health Coaching
Supervision | Education | Specialization
Reproductive mental health care is in significant need of specialized providers. However, it can be hard to find quality training and support as you pursue specialization. If you are a mental health professional or adjacent provider looking for quality education and supervision as you pursue a specialization in reproductive mental health, I’d be glad to come alongside you in a coaching relationship. As a seasoned provider, it is one of my greatest joys to support other clinicians who are growing in this specialty.
REPRODUCTIVE MENTAL HEALTH COACHING DOES:
Provide evidence based education about perinatal mood disorders, third party reproduction, pregnancy and infant loss, TFMR, LGBTQ+ family building, and grief counseling.
Supervision and case support as you begin working with this population.
Educational materials and handouts to reference as you grow.
Recommendations and referrals.
REPRODUCTIVE MENTAL HEALTH COACHING DOESN’T:
Offer direct mental health treatment.
Provide supervision needed toward licensure hours.
Count toward continuing education units but is rather a career development opportunity.
